Virtual 360° Road Situations Test

It takes time and effort to become a licensed driver in Ontario. Your driving skills cannot be improved overnight, so gaining behind-the-wheel experience is crucial. As you begin your learning phase, you must master driving theory first and pass the official written knowledge exam. Only then will you be able to drive on Ontario's roads. (At first, you’ll be under the supervision of a fully licensed driver with at least 4 years of experience and subject to several other restrictions.)

We recognize the importance of studying driving theory, but you should also be familiar with real-life examples and understand how traffic laws apply in actual driving situations. That is why we have designed this Virtual 360° Road Situations Test. It gives you an immersive 360° behind-the-wheel-like experience. All 27 multiple-choice questions are based on the Official Ministry of Transportation (MTO) Driver's Handbook, which you should read at least once.

For your convenience, we have omitted any timer from this practice test. Please avoid rushing through the questions and think before you select an answer. If you make a mistake, we give you the opportunity to learn from it right away. Immediate feedback is provided for each question. You should pay attention to the detailed explanation, as it describes the reasoning behind each correct answer. Note it down in a notebook or notebook app and revisit the material during future training sessions.

Customize your testing experience with the “Test settings” menu on the left side of the page. It includes several features, such as the voice-over function. Once activated, an artificial voice will read the questions and answer choices aloud, making it easier for you to stay focused in distracting environments. You can also enable the answer popularity feature, which gives you insight into the performance of other students.

Start today and dedicate the following weeks to mastering driving theory. Use our Virtual 360° Road Situations Test alongside the official MTO Driver's Handbook to boost your learning potential. Build a solid foundation for your driving skills and become a safe and responsible driver with the help of our intuitive tools.
  • Perfect for learner’s permit and full adult driver’s licence
